UCH is seeking a professional and organized General Laborer for our properties located in University City who has a passion for cleanliness. The General Laborer will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas including that WOW factor when you first walk into our properties.

UCH is seeking a professional and organized General Laborer for our properties located in University City who has a passion for cleanliness. The General Laborer will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas including that WOW factor when you first walk into our properties.
General Laborer Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleans all common areas daily, including vacuuming, dusting. Common areas include, but are not limited to: lobbies, hallways, dumpster areas, grounds, bathrooms, fire towers, laundry facilities
- Pull trash daily
- Replace light bulbs as necessary
- Light maintenance as required
- Bi-monthly inventory of supplies
- Clean vacant apartments
- Keep all vacant units and common areas fresh and odorless
- Performs additional duties as requested by management
- Assist in all trades and in snow removal
- Ability to be a team player who can work independently with minor supervision as well as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize urgent projects and work in a fast-paced and challenging work environment
- Strong levels of communication (both written and spoken English)
- Previous Custodial/Grounds experience a plus
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery
