What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Agent position at University Commons Apartments?
Apartment community looking to employ an enthusiastic, upbeat and experienced Leasing Agent to become part of a supportive and energetic management team Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting, greeting and touring potential residents
- Physically able to walk stairs and showing the apartments while describing the advantages of living in the community .
- Ability to explain rental rates, leases, and qualifications required for approval and move-in/out process
- Collect rents and handle resident issues with professionally
- Follow up with prospect and inform resident's of any upcoming community events
- Data entry This applicant must be professionally dressed, have attention to detail and be organized.
- Light cleaning of common areas / models
- Must have basic computer skills Please no phone calls.

Must have own transportation to run errands, valid driver's license; pass background.
Hours of work are determined by the rental season.
Saturday work is required.
