Proficiently operating MRI equipment to conduct imaging of various body areas, including Body, Neuro, Musculoskeletal, and vascular imaging, in order to produce high-quality images essential for patient diagnosis.
- Attending to patient concerns during procedures and articulating the MRI process to patients in an informative and reassuring manner.
- Demonstrating tact, courtesy, and composure when interacting with patients, ensuring their calmness and delivering optimal care.
- Effectively communicating with radiologists and healthcare professionals to guarantee superior patient care and accurate diagnosis.
- Performing troubleshooting on peripheral equipment and scanners to maintain operational efficiency and prevent any downtime that may impact patient satisfaction.
- Prioritizing patient safety through meticulous aseptic injection techniques and thorough pre-screening for any contra-indications before procedures.
- Providing comprehensive training to new technologists through regular supervision, guidance, and evaluation of work samples conducted by seasoned team members.
- Exhibiting composure in high-stress environments while interacting with patients, technologists, and physicians.
