What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at University Draft House LLC?
We are looking for motivated individuals for a busser/server assistant position. Responsibilities include:
Maintaining a clean and sanitized restaurant by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and completing daily side work duties
Throwing trash, refilling ice and cups, completing hourly rest room checks
Assisting servers with refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, etc.
Completing other tasks as needed (such as refilling propane tanks for patio heaters, etc.)
The job starts at $8/hr a percentage of server tip outs based on the number of hours worked. The position requires current TABC and Food Handler Certifications.
We are looking to fill positions Tuesday through Friday night, as well as all day on the weekends. Eligible candidates must have open weekend availability. We can offer part time or (close to) full time scheduling.
