Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining attention to detail.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns.
- Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Utilize OpenTable or similar systems for managing reservations and guest flow.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, particularly in fine dining settings.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a nightclub or fine dining establishment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A genuine interest in hospitality and providing outstanding service.
