· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stay on feet for extended times at trade shows

Requirements
· The sales coordinator should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
· The sales coordinator should have examples from their job history that includes courses in project management, resource management, and organizational behavior.
· The sales coordinator should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be required to interact with different levels within an organization, from entry-level employees to upper management. They will also be the face of the organization at trade shows and need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and act as a bridge between different departments and teams within the organization.
· The sales coordinator is organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
· The sales coordinator should be a good problem solver, capable of making decisions quickly when issues arise.
Their duties and responsibilities include:
- Planning and coordination of activities such as trade shows, and showroom planning.
- Show booth planning and organization strategy several months before each show to ensure buy-in management and organization preparation and layout for each show.
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices are followed for each show
- Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
- Prepare paperwork and order material for trade shows
- Keep updated records and create reports or proposals that document the show such as daily sales figures and comparisons to prior shows.
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendas and meeting schedules for all attendees.
- Make hotel planning and reservations for attendees
- Plan to attend each show 2 days before the show begins for set up and ensuring arrival of product and fixtures
- Plan to stay for breakdown of show and shipping all necessary products back to warehouse.
- Trade Show planning will include show logistics, travel planning for attendees, managing the master schedule, creating and managing the budget, shipping and receiving product samples, and organizing sales meetings.
- Assisting in the distribution of the annual catalog and monitoring all product prototypes to customer meetings and trade shows
- Manage and confirm accuracy of company price list
- Manage weekly sell through report and maintain and distribute sales calendar to entire team
- Assist the specialty sales manager in being a lead contact with the sales force and the customer base
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
