Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by coordinating various activities and ensuring smooth operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing client relationships, coordinating events, and facilitating communication between departments to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.

The sales coordinator for should possess a range of skills and qualifications such as:

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work well with a team and handle relationships with customers and stakeholders whether internal or external
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and efficiently to all parties involved
  • Attention to detail to ensure that all tasks, documentation, and correspondences are accurate and completed to the highest standard
  • Problem-solving skills to identify any issues that may arise and to come up with effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Leadership skills to delegate tasks, motivate team members, and ensure project completion

· Project management skills to lead showroom and trade booth build out and design

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and stay on feet for extended times at trade shows

· Proficiency in Microsoft office including excel, word, PowerPoint and outlook

· Love board games and interested in the toy industry

Requirements

· The sales coordinator should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

· The sales coordinator should have examples from their job history that includes courses in project management, resource management, and organizational behavior.

· The sales coordinator should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be required to interact with different levels within an organization, from entry-level employees to upper management. They will also be the face of the organization at trade shows and need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and act as a bridge between different departments and teams within the organization.

· The sales coordinator is organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.

· The sales coordinator should be a good problem solver, capable of making decisions quickly when issues arise.

Their duties and responsibilities include:

  • Planning and coordination of activities such as trade shows, and showroom planning.
  • Show booth planning and organization strategy several months before each show to ensure buy-in management and organization preparation and layout for each show.
  • Ensure implementation of policies and practices are followed for each show
  • Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
  • Prepare paperwork and order material for trade shows
  • Keep updated records and create reports or proposals that document the show such as daily sales figures and comparisons to prior shows.
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agendas and meeting schedules for all attendees.
  • Make hotel planning and reservations for attendees
  • Plan to attend each show 2 days before the show begins for set up and ensuring arrival of product and fixtures
  • Plan to stay for breakdown of show and shipping all necessary products back to warehouse.
  • Trade Show planning will include show logistics, travel planning for attendees, managing the master schedule, creating and managing the budget, shipping and receiving product samples, and organizing sales meetings.
  • Assisting in the distribution of the annual catalog and monitoring all product prototypes to customer meetings and trade shows
  • Manage and confirm accuracy of company price list
  • Manage weekly sell through report and maintain and distribute sales calendar to entire team
  • Assist the specialty sales manager in being a lead contact with the sales force and the customer base

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
