Job Description
The Housing Stabilization Specialist assists with care coordination, landlord relationships, and the overall stabilization of clients’ housing. The Housing Stabilization Specialist engages clients who are referred by internal or external sources, and works in concert with other treatment providers in developing treatment and a housing stabilization plan.

Job Description
The Housing Stabilization Specialist assists with care coordination, landlord relationships, and the overall stabilization of clients’ housing. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skill
- Good leadership skills Ability to evaluate program outcomes
- Ability to work with multicultural staff and clientele
- If driving is a requirement for the employee, he/she must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and must continue to meet these requirements as a condition of employment Completion of training as directed through orientation and/or by Leadership, Management or Educators in the established timeline for continued employment
- Relevant experience working with homeless populations.
