Job Description

Supervises and coordinates the activities of the diagnostic area maintaining proper patient flow and staff coverage. Assists in developing enforcing policies and procedures. Works with Manager of Imaging Modalities to hire, and evaluate staff for assigned areas. Receives direction or instruction on a general basis.

• High school diploma or the equivalent and graduation from a radiology program required.
• Must have two years of experience in diagnostic radiology and be certified as an ARRT or ACRT.
• Verbal communication skills required to instruct and direct employees.
• Written communication skills required to document employee performance issues.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist employees.
• Must maintain CPR certification for continued employment.
• Experience in call center scheduling or operations preferred.
