- Team Leader: Supervise and coordinate the front and back office staff (including Patient Representatives), making sure everyone is working together to achieve success.
- Patient Support: Be the go-to person for patients’ questions and concerns, ensuring they feel heard and well taken care of.
- Efficient Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the office, helping our team meet the organization’s strategic goals of excellent customer service.
- Policy Guru: Apply your knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures to address challenges, solve problems, and keep the office running like clockwork.
- Financial Steward: Help manage the budgeting process and ensure the office is aligned with financial goals, ensuring success in both financial and service delivery areas.
- Tech-Savvy Leader: Be the office’s “super-user” for computer systems and applications, and leverage your skills to gather, analyze, and evaluate data to improve operations.
What You Need to Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least two years of office management experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Previous administrative support experience in a healthcare organization is a big plus.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team, motivate staff, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computer systems and applications, with a knack for being the go-to expert on tech-related issues.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate, both verbally and in writing, and apply policies to solve everyday challenges.
