Job Description
Join our team as a Dentist and provide top-notch care to patients of all ages in our outpatient clinic! You’ll mentor dental residents, provide specialized treatments, and even assist in the OR or under sedation. What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver routine and specialized dental care to patients, based on your experience and training.
- Mentor and guide dental residents through their clinical challenges.
- Help manage and support GPR residents’ clinical production and ensure quality care.
- Lead educational seminars to residents, keeping everything on track with accreditation standards.
- Be the go-to expert for complex cases, supporting both residents and staff dentists.
- Provide "second call" support to dental residents 24/7.
- Lead dental treatments in the operating room and assist with IV sedation procedures.
- Coordinate referrals and work with specialists to give patients the best care possible.
- Stay up-to-date on dental practices, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
- Be an active part of the community and staff activities, promoting diversity and patient safety.
- DDS or DMD degree with a Missouri Dental license.
- 4-5 years of dental experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients and fellow healthcare professionals.
- Must be able to assist patients weighing up to 200 pounds.
- DEA and Missouri BNDD certifications required.
