POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership in the development and advancement of a robust data analytics strategy focused on data warehousing, data mining, data structuring, and advanced visualization. Develop and nurture critical relationships with various business and technology leaders across the organization to develop a robust data analytic platform to meet the organization’s core strategic healthcare objectives.

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, healthcare, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred. Experience managing software developers and the system development lifecycle is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare data analysis or a related role, preferably in healthcare, is strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau and Power BI). Strong SQL skills for querying and retrieving data from complex data sources in a structured format. Proficient in aggregating data, preparing and cleaning data, and data mining using SQL and Python.
