POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert, proactively identifying and addressing potential compensation issues before they arise. You will leverage your expertise to analyze trends, ensure compliance with compensation policies, and provide strategic guidance. Additionally, you will be a key resource for the team, assisting in resolving complex compensation matters and offering insights to support business objectives
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required. Three years of HR generalist or specialist experience is required. Three years of recent progressive experience in compensation is preferred. PeopleSoft experience is preferred. Strong understanding of Human Resources processes, HRIS database design, structure, functions, and experience with database tools is required. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required. Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects is required.
