What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Analyst position at University Health System- San Antonio?
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support for University Health Center for Clinical Excellence through analysis, coordination and review of nursing initiatives and data. Assists in the development of data collection tools and presentations of resultant data as it relates to nursing compliance and risk issues throughout University Health. Provides solutions to problems, facilitates communication, and serves as a liaison between nursing administration and staff.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, marketing or related field is required. Minimum of five years’ experience in project management/process improvement is preferred. Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau) is highly preferred.
