Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in Psychology, Social Work, relevant human services field or the equivalent in a combination of a degree, college course work and experience.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skill
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to evaluate program outcomes
- Ability to work with multicultural staff and clientele
- Must be willing and able to meet with clientele in the community to include, but not limited to, community gathering spaces, Drop In Centers and homes.
- If driving is a requirement for the employee, he/she must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and must continue to meet these requirements as a condition of employment
- When working in the Employment Services department possesses an approved Benefits Planning certification, or will obtain it within 12 months of employment to remain in the position.
- Completion of training as directed through orientation and/or by Leadership, Management or Educators in the established timeline for continued employment
