Provides front desk support to the Human Resources department and excellent customer service to University Health applicants, new hires, employees, and management.
Duties Include :
- Answering a high volume of incoming phone calls.
- Greets all visitors.
- Processes new hires.
- Escorts new hires to health clinic.
Requirements :
A High School Diploma, its equivalent, or higher is required.
One or more years of experience in the Human Resources or Administrative field or a demonstrated knowledge base of HR functions and operations is required.
Must have a demonstrated ability to make independent judgments and take professional accountability for areas of responsibility.
