Part-Time Ambulatory Clinical Coordinator LPN - Neurology Memory Care Clinic101 Truman Medical CenterJob LocationUniversity Health Truman Medical CenterKansas City, MissouriUnder the guidance and supervision of the Manager and the Provider(s), provide nursing care in the ambulatory care setting. Responsibilities include collection of data, administration of medications and treatments, and documentation of care provided from the nursing aspect and to initiate the provider's documentation. The role is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence in the established scope of practice in the care and clinical service line to our patient population. Must perform duties within the scope of the Missouri State Board of Nurse Practice Act.
Minimum Requirements
Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
Licensed as a practical nurse in the State of Missouri
Three (3) years' experience in LPN clinical service setting
Experience providing operational leadership and direction to staff
Certified BCLS.
Preferred Qualifications
State approved certification in IV Therapy.
