POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
The Patient Relations Coordinator serves as the liaison between the patients, patient representatives, University Health System staff and the community which we serve regarding patients’ rights and advocacy. Provides a channel through which patients or patients' families can seek solutions to problems, concerns and/or unmet needs. Coordinates patient services and provides information and follow-up.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, health education or related field of study is preferred.
