POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and coordinates the daily operation of the UH Facilities Management department’s Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Complies with UH and departmental policies. Maintains good customer and personnel working relations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Graduation from a two-year technical college in a directly related field is preferred. Five years of broad, institutional maintenance work and a functional user level with personal computers are required. Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with the Work Order program, is preferred.
