Prior authorization and hiring intake coordinator

Description of the role: MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!!    We will be hosting an open interview and if anyone shows up without experience we will unfortunately not be interviewing them.

The Prior Authorization and Hiring Intake Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of prior authorization and hiring processes at University Home Care. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Streamlining and ensuring efficient prior authorization workflows
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation for prior authorizations
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews and hiring processes
• Maintaining accurate records of prior authorizations and hiring activities
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth processes

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role or in healthcare administration is preferred
• Strong knowledge of prior authorization processes and hiring procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in using computer systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
