What are the responsibilities and job description for the Budget Reimbursement Assistant position at University Hospital?
The primary purpose of the Budget Reimbursement Assistant is to prepare and assist in the preparation of schedules to be used in the submission of Medicare/Medicaid Cost Reports, Share Cost Reports, and other financial projections. Gathers, controls, and reports the Charge Description Master profile of the Hospital.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field, plus (2) years of hospital reimbursement experience. EPIC experience preferred. Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the degree requirement.
