Job Description
As a Registered Nurse at University Hospitals Avon Rehabilitation Hospital, you will be a vital member of an interdisciplinary team caring for individuals who require continued care to recover completely. Your specialized skills will play a crucial role in helping our patients achieve optimal outcomes. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring each patient receives the highest level of care possible. Key Responsibilities: Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs; initiate appropriate nursing interventions; provide care suitable to condition and age of the patient; perform timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record; complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient; perform timely and accurate QI assessments. Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs.
