Unit information

• The Observation Unit at Ahuja Medical Center is a new floor that opened June 2023 and is a fast paced environment where you will be working directly with providers to assess patients and create a care pathway for them. The observation unit has 22 beds with a lower patient to nurse ratio of about 4/5:1 with an average turnover rate of 24hrs.

Position Requirements

• Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status. Dimensions are:
