Hours
- Full Time 40hrs
- Day Shift
- Working every other weekend and holiday
What You Will Do
- Clean and restock all occupied rooms and sanitize (terminal clean) after patient discharge (25%)
- Assist in the nutritional services department (Café 44 support, tray passing, and general cleaning) (25%)
- Transportation of patients and patient equipment such as wheelchairs, stretchers, beds (25%)
- Transportation of linen, supplies, patient records, trash and biohazard waste (15%)
- Assist with general office functions within the Support Services Division (10%)
Additional Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- For specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.
- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
