What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Leadership Expert position at University Hospitals?
At University Hospitals, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Leadership Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for maintaining the minimum clinical practice requirements in the APP role to ensure licensure and meet organizational goals.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and possess strong skills in human relations, human and material resource management. They should also demonstrate exceptional clinical and administrative leadership abilities, project management skills, and knowledge of current technology and equipment.
We require the successful candidate to be proficient in PC and computer applications, as well as able to adhere to policies and standards set by University Hospitals. Additionally, they must comply with all regulations and guidelines for handling Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients, receiving annual training on the UH Code of Conduct and policies.
