Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and integrity
- Knowledge of current technology and equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies
- PC and computer applications required
Licenses and Certifications
- Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi-State Compact License required upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained during orientation
- Certification in a specialty clinical area or leadership required within 2 years
Work Environment
This role requires standing frequently, walking frequently, sitting rarely, and lifting frequently up to 50 pounds. The ability to balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions is also necessary. Eye-hand-foot coordination is required constantly.
