Description
- Initiates and maintains positive relationships with patients / customers.
- Initiates and maintains positive relationships with co-workers.

- Provides age specific services to patients and families of toddlers through geriatrics.
- Provides assistance and direction to Patients / Customers / Employees at main entrances.
- Provides (walking) escort assistance to and from clinic appointments or to other locations on campus
- Verbalizes a pleasant and appropriate greeting.
- Approaches vehicles and offers assistance before being asked (open and hold doors)
- Maintains composure under difficult conditions
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must offer assistance to physically (weight) and mentally challenged customers before being asked
- Direct customers to the Reception Desks when necessary
- Provide walking escort assistance to clinic patients to and from appointments
- Maintains visibility at designated entrances including Mather Pavilion bridge or Reception Desks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
- Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
- This is a full time position 40 hours per week.
- Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.
- This position is at the Cleveland Medical Center, Main Campus.
- The shift will be nights 11 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM.
