Era Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician II to become the newest member of our Maintenance Team located in our University House Wallingford Community, Seattle, WA. Availaible shifts will be scheduled Sunday - Thursday, 08 : 00am - 04 : 30pm. Hours may vary based on community needs.

Primary Responsibilities :
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining the community in good repair including routine plumbing, plastering, painting, lighting, electrical, carpentry, roofing, and mechanical maintenance and repairs of the community and equipment.
