We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our interventional radiology office as part-time office support. This position offers a great opportunity to work closely with our providers and ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate with referring offices and schedule patient appointments
- Maintain organized patient schedules and records
- Provide administrative support to our healthcare providers
- Ensure a positive patient experience through excellent customer service
- Assist with various office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Cerner is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience in a medical office setting is a plus
