This position completes a variety of tasks and assignments, both routine and non-routine, across a number of Human Resource related functions within the department. Typically, the incumbent is responsible to solve human resource related problems of a routine nature while efficiently coordinating work related to assigned areas of responsibility. This position is involved in coordinating and tracking of information related to assigned duties, as well as related projects. Incumbent will be required to demonstrate the ability to anticipate issues / problems associated with various programs, policies, agreements established by the Court, as well as provide recommendations for solutions and improvement. This position is responsible for day-to-day interaction with customers and may conduct training of others.
