RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Have a sincere positive attitude that shows you love people, and are out to always make someone's day better.
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Meet our customers with outstanding enthusiasm
- Be the customer advocate
- Everything you do is based on ethics and character. Your duty is to protect and look out for your customers, fellow employees, and company by consistently doing the right thing
- An important part of your job is to build great relationships with our technicians and stay close to them through updates in a timely manner

REQUIREMENTS:
- Three years of automotive Service Advisor experience in a high-volume dealership
- Have automotive mechanical experience, or have enough knowledge to be able to explain in clear language the technical and service needs of our cars.
- Outstanding references
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Accredited training in automotive service, service advisor skills, customer satisfaction and quality control
- Successful history of working in a highly active (busy) environment
- High organizational skills - Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen
