Job Summary
Assists Programmer Analyst in providing support and analyzing end-user requirements for information. Studies to master computer programming to deliver accurate data used in managed care operations. Assists with the development of database reports and data files as required. Participates in the evaluation, development and implementation of new systems. Works closely with Information Systems programmers on data analysis and/or extracts and system implementation projects.

Work Experience
Two years of experience converting information from specifications to design or with programming code utilizing report and/or data aggregation tools such as Crystal Reports, Microsoft Reporting Services, SQL, Access, Visual Basic, Application Programming Interface (API), C#, or Excel. Experience must include writing reports by analyzing requirements, workflow, or diagrams and applying knowledge of computer programming capabilities to satisfy system programming requirements. Must have knowledge of relational database schemas and with design, development, and programming on a Windows platform in a client-server environment.
