Job Summary
Responsible for project managing and supporting the marketing and supportive operational functions of all Health Plan’s lines of business. Communicates the Health Plan’s brand, advertising, sales and corporate communication strategy with internal and external stakeholders. Creates, attends and/or facilitates events designed to attract prospective members and their caregivers, brokers/agents, and community partners. Participates in El Paso Health (EPH) cross-functional groups to assist in the development of educational materials and ensure compliance of organizational marketing and branding standards. Serves as a subject matter expert for the organization assisting Associates, members, and community stakeholders with understanding EPH STAR, CHIP, STAR PLUS Preferred Administrators and Medicare Advantage benefits and marketing requirements.

Work Experience
Three years of experience in marketing, advertising or sales is required. Experience in healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
Education and Training
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or Public Affairs or related field is required.
