University Medical Partners (UMP), a partner of Stanford Medicine, is seeking an experienced full-time BC/BE Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant to join our Express Care Clinic located in Castro Valley, CA.
Position Details:
- Minimum of 2 years Primary Care or Urgent Care experience required
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Clinicians will typically see urgent care cases and patients from our primary care offices with chronic conditions or acute exacerbation symptoms
- Ability to see pediatric patients 6 months and older
- Clinicians will also provide acute care telehealth visits across the network as needed
- Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 8 am – 6 pm (shift-based)
- Flexible work schedule, must be able to work weekends – 40 hour work week.
- State-of-the-art clinic site includes on-site imaging, labs, and dedicated procedure rooms
- Easy in office access to primary care, pediatrics, specialists, and ancillary services
