What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Service Advisor position at University Motors?
Mercedes-Benz of Morgantown is looking for a service writer/advisor to join our growing service team. Automotive service department experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right applicant. The service department works closely with our parts and sales departments to create a seamless, customer-forward experience for our guests. Our Autohaus facility has been recently remodeled and offers a comfortable working environment. Service Writer daily job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and checking-in customers
- Completing service ROs and paperwork
- Updating customers on vehicle status
- Performing follow-up/satisfaction calls
- Utilizing digital service drive and other dealership programs and technologies
- Completing company and franchise training
- Answering calls and scheduling service appointments
