Annual Salary Range: $63,875 - $103,800
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Public Administration or a related field and five (5) years of project management and grant management experience with both pre and post award process required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manages the preparation, submission, and administration of funding applications, both contracts and grants (federal, non-profit, and industry) from conception to post-award.
- Collaborates with School of Health Professions departments to ensure compliance with Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP), Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), Grants & Contracts Accounting (GCA), Institutional Review Board (IRB) and Central Institutional Review Board (CIRB) guidelines. Ensures compliance with all grant standards and expenditure guidelines of Grants and Contracts Accounting.
- Prepares and submits select IRB applications, including developmental for Just-In-Time submissions, and single IRB submissions for departmental large R01 or other projects.
- Takes overall responsibility for the School of Health Professions effort reporting associated with research administration. Oversees the process of capturing school-wide research metrics (grants submitted, grants awarded, manuscripts published, etc.) for reporting. Provides grant status reports in regular intervals to departmental leadership and principal investigators.
- Prepares departmental extramural funding reports, as required; represents the School of Health Professions in committees and special projects, as assigned.
