To practice within the scope of the LPN licensurePosition Requirements : EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing program required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND / OR REGISTRATION : Currently licensed or licensed by endorsement as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) by the Alabama Board of Nursing required. Currently certified with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.TRAITS & SKILLS : Must be self-directed / self-motivated; must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
