Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support operational aspects of the National Coordinating Center (NCC), including maintaining and facilitating leadership of the O'Brien Kidney Consortium
- Develop, implement, and maintain a national Opportunity Pool program for the Consortium
- Support strategic aspects of the NCC in its role in the O'Brien Kidney Consortium
- Support financial and reporting aspects of the NCC for the O'Brien Kidney Consortium
- Support administrative aspects of the NCC for the O'Brien Kidney Consortium
- Attention to detail with Excel spreadsheets and other work documents and ability to work independently
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in program management, research administration, or related roles in an academic or research environment
- Proven experience in developing and managing large-scale research initiatives or multi-institutional consortia
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Express, REDCap, Qualtrics and other data and resource management platforms
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance processes, including IRB and IACUC protocols Experience in designing and implementing evaluation strategies for research programs Familiarity with federal funding guidelines and budget management processes
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Experience in program management, research administration, or related roles in an academic or research environment
- Proven experience in developing and managing large-scale research initiatives or multi-institutional consortia
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while fostering collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
