Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist and lead with molecular and cell biological experiments
- Animal care
- Grant writing
- Lab management
- Collect and analyze data.
- Advance project studying neurogenesis in the context of Alzheimer's disease into other model systems and organs of interest. Assist with grant writing.
- Assist with ordering lab supplies and maintaining animal colonies.
- Teach and mentor new graduate and undergraduate students.
- Master's or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, or other related field upon starting the position.Preferences Candidates having prior experience with molecular/cell biology, embryology, neuroscience, and/or organoid or mouse model systems are preferred.
- Must be comfortable with confocal microscopy and quantitative data analysis.

- Master's degree in a related field and one (1) years of related experience
