The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is seeking a ONE STOP COUNSELOR to provide a single point of service to students who need assistance with academic records, financial aid, registration, student accounting and other related topics. To provide a single point of professional integrated service to students.
Responsibilities:
1. Serves as a customer service representative responding to student questions primarily related to registration, academic records, financial aid, student accounting and other related topics.
2. Provides assistance on other related student services as requested by students that will be provided through a variety of media.
3. Participates in on-going training activities to develop a high level of knowledge and familiarity with institutional practices and policies.
4. Performs other duties as assigned.
(Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $17.50)
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirements.
