PROGRAM COORDINATOR II

Under minimal supervision, coordinates administrative, personnel and logistical support for a defined department program (s), often of a large and/or complex nature. Carries out established program objectives and directives. Follows established guidelines or protocols, May act as a communication liaison and special events planner. Interfaces with outside resources such as volunteers, alumni, patients, other professionals in a defined field or with continuing education students.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons with tracking of CME credits for professional certifications and licensure
- Dictation and transcription as required
- Arranges travel itineraries and accommodations as directed
- Submit reimbursements
- Maintains surgeon's calendar
- Plans/assists in setting up meetings, luncheons, conferences, etc
- Maintain curriculum vitae
- Schedules patient clinic appointments/surgery/testing
- Acts as a liaison between patients and medical staff
- Backup for time Attendance, grant submissions,
- May handle data management
- May be responsible for adherence to program budget and/or other fiscal duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Characteristics
Excellent communication skill, experienced in Microsoft Office products, experience leading zoom meetings, advanced excel experience with the ability to create reports.
Hourly Range: $18.35-$29.80
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- And one (1) year of related experience required.
