The University of Alabama Temporary Services is seeking a an Office Associate
This position will work under direct supervision, performs basic clerical duties of a non-complex nature. Follows specific procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. well as processing and updating applications and accounts payable, proofreading, managing office files, processing personnel documents, payroll, and any additional tasks assigned by the Director.
Qualifications:
- MUST have strong organizational skills
- MUST have strong communication skills
