The University of Alabama Temporary Services is seeking a Admin Associate (Part-Time).
Duties:
- Assist Admin Associate with tasks related to faculty recruitment
- Making travel arrangements
- Itinerary preparation
- Scheduling meetings
Qualifications:
- MUST have strong organizational skills
- MUST have strong communication skills as this person will be working with faculty candidates
- Prior UAB experience is highly desired
- Or experience with a university
