Job Summary: The ACCESS Enrollment Specialist provides in-depth insight, advisory services, and expertise to K-12 professional counselors, building administrators, and district administrators in all areas related to enrollment in ACCESS Virtual Learning. Resolves questions, issues, and concerns from stakeholders over enrollment accuracy, clarity, and alignment with Alabama High School Graduation requirements. Develops enrollment-specific guidelines and processes in collaboration with the Alabama State Department of Education. Performs research to develop and implement best practices for enrollment processes. Provides direct, school-based support in ways that promote student success.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of academic registration or student records experience; OR master's degree or higher and some academic registration or student records experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a professional K-12 school counselor.
