Job Summary: The Associate Director of the Athletic Ticket Office assists in the daily operations of the Athletic Ticket Office. Ensures efficient operations, accountability, and customer service. Provides oversight and management of all computer operations.
Additional Department Summary: Assists the daily operations of the Athletic Ticket Office to ensure efficient operations, accountability, customer service, and oversight and management of all computer operations.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in athletic ticketing, sales, marketing, and/or public relations; OR master's degree and some experience in athletic ticketing, sales, marketing, and/or public relations.
Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Working knowledge of personal computers and standard software packages. Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business, management, or other closely related field. Paciolan ticketing software experience. Supervisory experience. Division I ticket office environment experience.
