About the Role
The University of Alaska Southeast is seeking a skilled fundraising strategist to join our Office of Advancement. As an Associate Director of Development, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with UAS alumni, friends, and donors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase philanthropic support for the university
- Collaborate with internal development and university colleagues to achieve fundraising goals
- Build and maintain relationships with major donors and prospects
- Attend educational training sessions to further your knowledge of fundraising best practices

Requirements
- A minimum of three years of successful fundraising experience or relevant skills
- Master's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, business, public administration, or another relevant field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
