Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Oversee the daily operations of the ProCard/Travel Card Programs.
- Account Maintenance: Manage card accounts, ensuring they adhere to university policies.
- Training & Support: Provide essential training and support to cardholders and approving officials.
- Fraud Prevention: Analyze transactions to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential fraud.
- Auditing & Improvement: Conduct regular audits and recommend process enhancements.
- Relationship Building: Maintain professional relationships with vendors, departments, and auditors.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of procurement training and experience is preferred.
- Experience: Two years of business experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience (i.e. procurement or card related experience).
- Experience demonstrating ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management/staff/public/
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of Banner Finance is a plus.
- Certification: Certified Procurement Card Professional (CPCP) certification is preferred.
