We are seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under general direction and make independent decisions when necessary. Excellent customer service and public relations skills, including a high level of phone etiquette and in-person reception skills, are essential. Confidentiality and professionalism must be maintained at all times. The candidate must possess effective and timely communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete assigned tasks promptly. Knowledge of databases, computer programs, and basic fiscal skills is required. Additionally, proficiency in using computer scheduling programs and the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects are crucial for success in this role

High school diploma or GED and enrolled in UA System.

Minimum Qualifications:

Prior work in an office setting preferred but not required.

Position Details:

This position is located on the Goose Lake campus in Anchorage, Alaska.

The starting rate of pay for a student employee is $11.34. However, depending on experience and the needs the pay could be higher.

This is a pooled position, which means that the position remains open over the entire academic year.
