Summary of Job Duties :
The Applications Support and Maintenance role is to plan, design, develop, implement, and maintain efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. This position is governed by state and federal laws, and agency / institution policy.
Qualifications :
Required Education and / or Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or IT related field OR
- Associates in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or I.T. related field with 3 or more years in an I.T. technical support / customer support role (I.T. hardware, software support) experience.
