Minimum Qualifications

• High School, GED or Formal education equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in medical laboratory.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience working in a clinical laboratory

Additional Information:

• This includes but is not limited to accounting for the materials and making sure the proper procedure is used to log patient information into Epic.
• The LST II will support the section by ordering additional material as needed, printing reports, conference support and releasing internal material for outside requests.
• The Lab Support Tech II must have the ability to set goals, prioritize competing demands, be an efficient task manager and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel.
• This position will perform other duties as assigned.
