Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Psychology plus one (1) year of pediatric experience.
- Licensed Psychological Examiner with current licensure in the state of Arkansas.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Extensive experience in conducting psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills for assessing psychological data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in using assessment tools and software.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Strong understanding of psychometric principles and assessment methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for clients of various ages and backgrounds.
- Develop and implement individualized assessment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Interpret assessment results and provide detailed reports to clients and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide feedback and support to clients based on assessment findings.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in psychological assessment and evaluation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
